Analytics
Analytics works on top of Business Objects XI TM. It operates data from the Ennov Datamart to create a Universe (a BO XI TM concept) that comprises Ennov5 related business objects. Additionally, Analytics includes a standard Report that offers visual representation of results: for instance number of documents created by month and type, number of documents coming to expiration, nombre of late activities by month or criticity level, etc.
Until your Report is connected to its Universe and Datamart, you may still change your analysis criteria or adopt a « what-if » analysis approach. Then Report will be exported to a PDF, RTF, XLS or HTML file, edited and commented.
Analytics is an open and powerful tool: its Universe can be associated to other corporate Universes, and its resulting Report can be updated or expanded. Different criteria can be combined to evaluate more precisely certain metrics. For instance customer claims could be analyzed by country, by month, by product, by priority level, etc.
Analytics? main benefit is to provide BO XI TM customers with a turn-key Universe and Report.
