LDAP Synchronisation
LDAP Synchronization add-on populates and automatically updates the Ennov users directory from information stored in the corporate LDAP directory. There are flagged Ennov users. At regular intervals the Ennov system synchronizes user data with LDAP directory information and updates its own directory. Synchronization process updates for each user:
- His/her last name
- His/her first name
- His/her log in
- His/her e-mail adress
- His/her language
- His/her job title (if corporate directory provides this information)
- Business unit or department
- Organization association
This add-on allows for centralized management of users. Large organizations will take tremendous advantage of such an add-on for it avoids cumbersome manual management of user entries in the system and eliminates error possibilities ensuring the Ennov directory are in line with corporate information.
