Ennov offers a range of support services based on the level of maintenance contract selected by the customer. These services cover:

Support
  • Answers to the functional and technical requests sent by the customers through various channels : on-line support (24h/24), telephone and e-mail on business hours
  • Technical intervention on-line or on-site: delivery, installation, updates, trouble shooting, etc.
  • Data, platform or architecture migration.

Ennov technical support manages a bug report database which enables customers to follow, in real time, the advancement of their requests.

Support

It also produces on-line technical documentation which capitalizes on the best practices to customize Ennov. This knowledge base is accessible for all customers who have subscribed a maintenance contract.

Ennov support team is composed of engineers who have a working experience of Ennov products and the various environments found at the clients'. They are in contact with over 200 companies whose solution they follow up and update. Answering each request is a real added value that customers appreciate.
