Company history

2007 : Ennov working on the Documentum platform obtains the "Designed for EMC Documentum" certification. Ennov5 version 2 is released with the Documentum compliance feature.

2006 : Ennov purchases the software department of Docwave, French leader in solutions of Quality Management for Documentum and in October, signs a partnership with EMC to provide a Quality System Management solution on Documentum platform.

2005 : Launch of Ennov5 package, based on J2EE standard in order to provide advanced features and unequaled flexibility for a successful roll-out.

2004 : Acquisition of the INQA Company, a French company specialized in quality management software.

2003 : Launch of a specific package for Healthcare, proposing a global approach to risk management and quality assurance. A first contract is signed with Amiens Hospital and Medical School (France, Europe).

2002 : Release of PrismaSuite V4, which spread the scope of the Ennov solution far beyond the field of Quality Management. It offers complete management of documents and business processes. The solution becomes the corporate standard for publishing of reference documentation at Veolia Water formally Vivendi.

2000 - 2001 : Signature of global contracts with leading industrial companies such as Peugeot SA (France - 10 000 users), General Electric Power Systems (USA - 7 000 users), Linde Gas (Germany - 10 000 users), Michelin (France - 4 000 users).

1999 : Dalet Group sheds its software publishing activities. A new company called Ennov, takes over focusing on software edition.

1998 : Signature of the first global contract with Alstom, which chooses PrismaSuite for all its locations worldwide. 6 000 users connect to the system on a daily basis.

1997 : French Agency for Innovation agrees to co-fund development of PrismaSuite, a packaged solution to manage quality documents. Two technical platforms are chosen: Lotus Notes (in 1997) and relational databases (in 1998). From the beginning, the objective is to implement a user-friendly and open software.

1995 : Air Liquide trusts Dalet Technologies to develop an electronic content management system for their Quality documentation. This tailor-made software will be the starting point of Ennov product line.

1992 : Dalet Technologies is one of the first Lotus partners in Europe and starts large scale projects.

1990 : Creation of Dalet Technologies, a service company specialized in groupware applications.
