Organization
Ennov is a privately owned company which has two affiliates. Inqa offers consultancy in Quality Assurance and Ennov Inc. is in charge of sales and customer support in North America.
With a team of some thirty people, Ennov is a middle size company considering the level of software publishers in France.
Ennov is structured in 3 departments of equal size :
There are five persons in the executive committee. Olivier Pâris (39, Ecole Centrale de Paris) is the CEO. Laure Bros (38, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris) is the Sales & Marketing Director. Serge Tajan (34, Ecole Centrale de Lyon), is head of R & D and Emmanuel Vaniche (33, Ecole Polytechnique-Ponts) head of Customer Services. Charles Sitbon (49, Paris IX Dauphine University) is in charge of Business Development.
